Updated Appendix 3 of the WHO Global NCD Action Plan 2013-2030
The current updates to Appendix 3, formulated in response to decisions WHA72(11) (2019) and WHA75(11) (2022), complement existing global strategies and action plans and several new technical products that support the implementation road map 2023‒-2030 for the global action plan for the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases 2013‒2030, including the WHO menu of cost-effectiveness interventions for mental health.
This document includes for the first time, thrombectomy as cost-effective treatment treatment for stroke with the highest evidence base for impact.
